My daughter who lives in London came to visit me for Mother's Day 2020 only to find due to the lockdown she was to stay longer than she anticipated. As I own a wool shop and after years of showing no interest I was delighted when she suggested she wanted to learn to crochet. After agreeing on a blanket I gave her a 10 mm hook, King Cole Big Value Super Chunky and suggested she watched Bella Coco You Tube videos and used the treble stitch.
I was amazed how quickly she took to it, she could barely put it down. After showing her a simple border ta da.....she had completed a blanket in a week.
She was pretty chuffed with it and told a few of her friends who also wanted to make one, hence this listing.
